至於我則還沒有打算這麼快換到 3.0﹐因為加了太多東西至舊有的 theme 裡面了﹐要修改的地方還挺多的呢！

目前已經寫信去 Complain，若因為系統調整必須移動家目錄，也應該事先提醒一下 User 吧！在 Dreamhost 回信前，我看得先去 Gallery 官方網站研究一下移動目錄的 Q&A 了….:(

Plugin相容性:

以我的Blog內而言﹐需要更新的 plugin 為:

1. Pagebar（已發佈新版）
2. Postview Plus（已發佈新版）
3. UTW（尚未發佈）

tinymce 吃掉 <div> 標籤：

TinyMCE 改為 tabbed 的方式﹐可以快速切換原始碼﹐這功能自從用過了官方網站的 Blog 後﹐已經肖想很久了﹐不過居然帶來一點小麻煩﹐會吃掉<div></div>這個標籤﹐並且以<p>來取代﹐所以必須手動修改一下位在 wordpress/wp-incluede/js/tinymce 的 tiny_mce_config.php 檔：
於 24 行：

將「p/-div[*],」去掉改成：

$valid_elements = ‘-strong/-b[*],-em/-i[*],-font[*],-ul[*],-ol[*],-li[*],*[*]‘;

Post Formatting 問題：

另外 2.1 版本也順便更新了 wpautop 這個 function﹐會在輸出文章時﹐自動修改格式﹐所以也很要命的幫我把 <div></div> 標籤內自動加上 <p></p>﹐變成<div><p></p></div>﹐這 function 在2.1版本是放在 wp-includes/formatting.php 內﹐只要把第 66 行的

註解掉即可

TinyMCE 切換 visual, code 時會造成斷行格式亂掉

這問題似乎只會出現在 Firefox 身上﹐使用 IE 就不會﹐這我沒找到原因﹐但使用 冰漾 所修改的 TinyMCE 完整版 後就沒這個問題了！

若偶的 Blog 有出現異狀麻煩回報﹐感恩

在Whatup 的 Blog 內看到一篇關於 Widget 實作的教學文章，於是嘗試著挑了一個 Plugin 來實作 Widget，此 Plugin 為 Post Views Plus，可計算 Blog 內的文章被閱讀的次數。當然要能使用 Widget﹐必須先安裝 Widget Plugin： Sidebar Widget。

下載與安裝

1. 下載並放到 wp-content\plugins 資料夾內
2. 啟用！

設定

在後台的「外觀」內﹐可找到「Sidebar Widgets」選項﹐在裡面找到 Top Posts﹐拖曳後可進行下列設定
因 Post Views Plus 這個 Plugin 提供了兩個 function：

1. 可抓出被閱讀最多次數的 Posts：get_most_viewed()
2. 設定在幾天內被閱讀最多次數的 Posts：get_timespan_most_viewed()

因此 Widget 將利用這兩個 function﹐可設定的選項也是依照這兩個 function 來設計﹐設定畫面如下：

• Display Mode: 選擇是否要包含 Post, Page 還是兩者皆是
• Title : 設定此 Widget 顯示在 sidebar 的標題
• Top Posts Number: 設定文章數量
• Posts Title Length: 文章標題長度
• Post in Last Days: 設定幾天內的文章進行排名﹐若設 0 則為全部的文章排名
• Include Bot views: 因 Post Views Plus 有分開 bot 閱讀文章的次數﹐選擇是否包含之

記住！只適用：

• 您必須安裝了 vSlider2 for Gallery2這個 theme
• Wordpress 必須安裝 WP lightbox 2

安裝方法：

1. 先下載 WP-Lightbox2 這個 plugin。
2. 啟用此 Plugin
3. 在您的 gallery2\themes\vSlider2\templates 資料夾內﹐新增名為 local 資料夾
4. 下載 album.tpl 檔案﹐並放至 local 資料夾底下
5. 完成！

• already install this theme: vSlider2 for Gallery2
• install the plugin for wordpress: WP-Lightbox

Installation:

1. download WP-Lightbox2 plugin for wordpress and activate it
2. make a directory named “local” in gallery2\themes\vSlider2\templates
3. download album.tpl and put it into “local” directory you made in the previous step
4. done!

比較誇張像是 Wordpress﹐後台在慢的時候連開啟都要等個五、六秒。
甚至還會跑到十幾秒才能開啟完成﹐看一下這張截圖

上面這張 screenshot 的 Wordpress 才剛安裝完成﹐且沒裝任何 plugin..
跑了將近 12 秒 >_< 這只是 Wordpress 基本頁面哩！

等久了耐性可是會沒的..所以我就一直跟客服 Complain, 而他們也答應幫我換台 Server
而其中我提出是否可以換到我指定的 Server 上﹐
因為 馬修Blog 和 Goston Blog 都是放在 dremhost 上
瀏覽起來的速度比我順暢許多﹐但 dreamhost 卻說因為是不同的 Cluster, 所以不能..
好吧﹐那我也就死心啦 XD

換到現在已經換了第二次囉﹐同時我也裝了 WP-Cache﹐希望瀏覽速度希望能順暢點。
若各位依然覺得慢﹐希望能包涵一下～

以下為轉換步驟：

1. 啟用 wordpress 內建的 database backup plugin﹐並做備份
2. 將備份完的 .sql 開啟（記得用有支援 UTF-8 的編輯器）
3. 將檔案內所有的
   「DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1」
   改為
   「DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8」
4. 將檔案內所有的
   「COLLATE=latin1_bin」
   改為
   「COLLATE=utf8_general_ci」
5. 存檔
6. 由 dreamhost 的 panel 新建立一個 databse
7. 將此新建的 database 「校對」改為 utf8_general_ci
   （phpmysqladmin 此選項在點了資料庫後的「管理」內）
8. 使用 phpmyadmin 的「載入」功能將您的 .sql 檔案載入
9. 更改 wordpress/wp-config.php 內新資料庫的名稱
   （因為 dreamhost 不允許 user 於 phpmyadmin 改資料庫名字）

以上便大功告成！
若您用瀏覽器開啟 blog 後發現都是亂碼﹐請照下面步驟

1. 開啟 wordpress/wp-include/wp-db.php
2. 找尋「$this->dbh = @mysql_connect($dbhost, $dbuser, $dbpassword);」
3. 在此行下面加上

   「$this->query("SET NAMES 'utf8'");」（注意別加上引號了）

這樣應該是能解決囉
